"We had a terrible experience. The hotel looks nothing like it does o the site. It’s completely run down. The hospitality is poor. Uncomfortable beds. The rooms and toilets are dirty. The fridge looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, there were dead cockroaches in the fridge. Instead of apologising the receptionist made excuses about how the pictures on the site are old pictures and that the place is being renovated, when we asked her why the misrepresentation because if there were accurate...

The unit we stayed in still needs a few final touch ups eg mirrors, BUT place is being renovated so one can understand- think it is going to be breathtaking once construction us fully finished. Enjoyed our stay- will definitely recommend to others and will go again soon!! "
