"It’s got to be the worst I have ever been treated by an establishment. I’m 70 years old traveled both business and personal. Thankfully I never stayed at such an unprofessional hotel. My wife terrible sick so we needed to cancel our stay. They Refused to Refund our money. I go to Sarnia often to visit with our son and grandson there we usually staying at the Four Points Sheridan. Going back for sure "

"This is the second time there and the rooms on the bottom floor are a litte older and tired looking. They are clean, and the front desk staff are very good"

"I didn’t know what to expect since there were no decent photos of the rooms, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable enough although pillows were quite lumpy. We were placed in a room with a connecting door which ended up being quite loud - we could hear our neighbours when they were speaking in a normal conversation volume. Staff were friendly. "
