"The employees here clearly take pride in their work. The room was clean, the staff were probably some of the friendliest that I have encountered at a hotel, and the breakfast was way better than most hotel breakfasts. We stayed here for the Little Rock Marathon weekend, and it was the perfect distance to walk to the race and not have to deal with parking. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The property and staff were great, however, there was an extremely loud noise inside my bathroom wall (no one from maintenance could figure it out, and they said they would have to shut room 312 down after I checked out, but didn’t offer me another room). The gym is across the street in another building, but the elevator is broke, so it took me 30 minutes just to gain access to the gym. Overall just not convenient and I slept horribly with the constant noise. Old hotel I guess. Great character and staff "

"The hotel inside was good, however at the front doors on the sidewalk they have cut down their poles/lights which I TRIPPED over. They are about 3-5 inches high and very dangerous. I knew they were there but I was moving trying to get directions and turned into one. Imagine if it was someone older. Not to mention I cam close to breaking my hand and I had a half marathon the next day. Luckily.. I didn't escalate it."

"Room was clean. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Breakfast was edible. Convenient parking and safe area. Only complaint is it's loud. Walls are paper thin...I could hear every door slam, the elevator, and the neighbor's conversation over the tv."

"We went on a month-long road trip of 11 states with our dog, so we stayed at a lot of hotels. This one was notable for being very clean, relatively inexpensive, and having a reasonable pet fee."

"A beautiful stay, with exquisite bed sheets and thoughtful home design. But . . . thin walls. My neighbors were partying at 4 am! A quiet time, or an enforced quiet time, would have helped."

"The check-in process was great, very efficient, Rhonda at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was standard, no complaints there. The issue is that no one could get a late check out. We were there for the Little Rock marathon event. We traveled from out of state. A one hour late checkout would’ve been so helpful but was told that the manager would not let any person get a late check out because housekeeping needs all of the rooms empty by 11. Logistically this does not make any sense."

"I could not get in contact with the property. I tried every possible way. We had to change our check in date. I did not want a refund, I just wanted to ensure they did not give our room away. Since we could not confirm our reservation, we could not go. "
