"Reception staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. There was a mix up and we were put in the wrong room but this was quickly rectified and we got upgraded. Staff assisted with booking taxis and also bus tickets. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was tasty. Only issue was that unfortunately the restaurant was closed for food in the evenings so we had to make other plans but the staff were helpful with that also. A few of the young men working (like the taxi-boat driver and buggy drivers) can use a lesson in hospitality. They were rude and dismissive.
