"Just don’t stay here it’s not worth the money. The staff is always rude I was asked to by one of the vallet guys for money I thought that was odd considering it’s a complementary service. They don’t have room service and the ‘view’ is a waterfront look over a dirty polluted river. Also don’t stay on the 9th floor, the room I stayed in you can hear the bings from the elevator. "This hotel is in the busy Business District, but once you walk in the doors you'd never know it. Every area is new and spotlessly clean. Bar/Reataurant was perfect to grab a drink and quick bite to eat. Outdoor patio space was clean and relaxing. Starbucks for coffee in the morning was convenient. Room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Parking fee was unexpected but very reasonable. Highly recommend with no hesitation. "

"Loved seeing my name on the TV screen when we arrived. The front desk was great emailing if we needed anything. The breakfast could have been better, were out of coffee and took awhile to get more. Not much of a selection but that was fine."

"Was there 2 nites. Staff was very nice! But… No housekeeping at all. Needed another towel. Called housekeeping & front desk several times & no one picked up (did get the towels tho, but no beds made, etc). Room HVAC was wonky: either too hot or too cold. TV didn’t work. Bar wasnt open when we wanted to get something. Always seemed like it was closed. "
