"I didn't like front desk woman during the morning shift didn't seem like she cared much which made the checking in process awkward. The other thing was their shuttle service is only available until 12 noon each day. I had to find a more expensive ride. The reason I got that hotel was shuttle service. Overall it was ok but I won't stay here if I need a shuttle service who is available for longer periods. It would have made the trip a little easier from the airport. Breakfast was ok. Overall...

"The bed was very comfortable and the room was recently remodeled. There was a long human hair left near the sink which was unsettling but the rest of the room was very clean. Access to rooms is up or down a flight of stairs, so those with accessibility issues could be impacted. Maybe there is an elevator?? Just staying before an early flight, so can't comment on breakfast or other amenities. The parking lot felt safe and was well-lighted."

"It was disappointing. The hot tub was not operational, and the fridge in my room had no temp control - froze everything. In short, don't advertise amenities you can't deliver on. Not to mention the exorbitant cost on bottled water and juice - $20 for 2 juices and 2 waters?? The only thing that was helpful was a decent spread at breakfast."

"The check-in went smooth & Ruby was very nice. The light in the bathroom didn’t turn on, so we weren’t able to use the shower.. We did call down & report to the front desk & they did offer us another room. It was late and we were all unpacked. We were told the manager would call us in the morning….we never heard from him. Breakfast is included and it was very limited and the sausage was still frozen & cold. We wanted to support a small business versus a big hotel chain…. Don’t think we’ll be...

"The property was overpriced. We stayed here previously, and the property has significantly declined. Unfortunately the outdoor lighting was not working. We had issues with the key cards not working. The breakfast was disappointing. The lids on coffee cups did not fit right. The food items, coffee, and coffee cups were not restocked."

Room was huge, didn't particularly care for the sliding barn door bath centrally located opposite the beds. But Ive encountered this in upscale hotels before. "Great outdoor space for kids to play and swim, and nice lobby with space to hang out and plenty of board games available. The room itself was okay. Felt a little dark, and the AC was touchy, but overall, a solid place to stay, and the outdoor area made the stay an overall positive experience."
