"Security, the back door had no key and this could compromise security especially to us visitors not familiar with the place. For the thtee beds room accommodating 6 people consider putting a door between the bedroom and bathroom. We were only comfortably use the toilet whrn kids were asleep 😄 or outside the room. Need clear explanation on the meaning of Bed ane Breaksfast as we were told this is optional and not included in our pacjage.. Good amd friendly workers. We will visit again soon."

"Yes dirty floors and no attention to cleaning utensils and no toilet paper supplies. No staff attended to us. The first day water was cold no wifi the swimming pool dirty "

"The dinner menu was incredible - fine dining at its best. The service was excellent and all the staff are very friendly. It was my 4th anniversary and I requested a romantic turndown with truffles which I paid R85 for. The result was a plate of truffles ontop of the mini bar. No romance what so ever. I raised this when I checked out and no comment was made. I felt like rose petals , candles could have gone a long way and would not pay the R85 again for the experience as there was none."

"Detail: I don't normally leave reviews but if I can help someone out, I hope this is it. Make sure to CALL BEFORE you book online and confirm if there is water. It is a basic human need but yeah, no water in the area during our 3 days there. It ruined the weekend but the staff could not do much. Fault should be placed on the owners to make sufficient back up plans for their Paying staff. "The room disappointed me, i expected a lot better for the rating of this hotel. It was very dated, carpet that smells wet, bathroom is clean but looks very dated. Definitely not the best considering i am here for a special birthday weekend. Not a good start. Hopefully the rest of the stay gets better. "
