Pen was fantastic from start to finish, with excellent communication and genuine hospitality that made us feel completely at home. The breakfast was truly 5-star quality—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared each morning. It was one of the highlights of our stay. To top it off, the complimentary airport transfers were incredibly convenient and thoughtfully arranged, making the entire experience seamless. "The hotel is definitely budget no amenities no coffee no nothing. The staff was great it was clean my biggest beef was that the whole thing is exposed concrete you feel like you're living in a prison the only thing missing is the stainless steel toilet and sink. Other than that it's okay Hotel."

"Took a family studio but unfortunately one of the toilets was not operational. It wss a 2bdr, 2 washroom suite Small botique hotel - clean rooms, courteous staff, breakfast is extremely limited and made to order. Away from the city but beautiful locale. 20-25mins to city center and night market. Pool area and general areas were well maintained and spotless. Recommended "
