THE TILES ON THE FLOOR AND STAIRS ARE EXTREAMLY SLIPPERY WHEN WET . I REPORTED IT BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. THEY DID NOT SUPPLY MATS . WE HAD 2 SLIPS LUCKY NO SERIOUS INJURY . "
