"Location was ok, hotel next door to a industrial unit, rooms are a little tired need a refresh. Pool and beach are lovely. We found the hotel staff not as welcoming as the thai people always are. Wgen you walked through reception they just ignored you and when asked for a towel as there was only one in the room it was an effort for them to get one.
