"郊外に行くため、チェックインの4日前から荷物を預かってもらいました。チェックイン時には既に大型のスーツケースを部屋に入れておいてくれました。荷物を運んでくれたり、こちらの質問にも快く答えてくれました。 フロントスタッフの皆さんはどの方も気さくで親切でしたし、お部屋の施設は完璧でした。タオル、ミニ冷蔵庫、電気ケトル、必要なものが全部揃っていて快適でした。繁華街にあって便利ですが、一旦お部屋にはいると静かでぐっすり休めました。ドアが二重になっていたからかもしれません。 ホテル周辺には小売店、バル、レストラン、デパートが揃っており便利です。デパートは歩いて5.6分なので出発日もお土産を買いに行きました。フロントスタッフにタクシーを呼んでいただき空港までは約15分、非常に素晴らしい滞在になりました。また、ぜひ滞在したいホテルです。"

"I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish. The only positive thing I can mention about this hotel...
