Hard Rock Hotel Madrid
The previous occupant smoked in the room and all the hotel did was spray perfume to mask the smell and the cigarette smell became evident at night when the perfume smell wore off. Gran View Apartments
The room was beautiful and very clean. The only issue I had was with the washing machine which wasn’t working. I reported it to the staff and they took care of it immediately!
