"Beautiful building and I had a nice room with a view, aircon worked well for me but for others in my party it didn't always work efficiently and it was very hot when we there in July. The bar is disappointing, very small area inside with no outlook. The hotel is at the top of a very steep hill which made it quite a difficult walk (I'm 71 and quite fit). Very difficult to get taxis from the town, they don't seem to run after 8pm. The breakfast was quite good and gardens are beautiful."

"A wonderful place to stay at the end of an Italy trip if renting a car. Only about 45 minutes to an hour from FCO. One of our favorite travel discoveries. Near Frascati (see Stanley Tucci's Lazio episode). Ridiculously low rate for such a great property."

"AC, spacious room, great location in the middle of the town, outstanding breakfast. The breakfast is included and is located at hotel bella vista second floor. There you have a variety of items to choose from including a batista ro make any type of coffee you want. Ask for a croissant they are delicious, flaky and buttery. You can just walk a few feet and find gellatto, restaurants, shops, markets. It is a small town however the vibe is great. You are 30 min from Rome by train but away enough to have the town by yourself with the locals. Extremely safe, family oriented, fresh and tasty food, plenty of shops and cafes. Overall a great hotel with simple ammenities and a rooftop bar. We will be back when visiting Rome this was a great experience with the hotel, the town and the friendliest people around. Just be well verse with google translate and you will have a great time."
