"Our original room had a broken air conditioner and they were great at moving us to a cooler room. Thank you to the friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast was great: lots of hot and plentiful food to choose from. We had a very noisy family (non-stop running and jumping feet) above us and called to ask if they could maybe ask them to be a bit gentler in their landings. No go. Oh well, can’t win them all. We would still return."
