"Frequent traveler here. This is not a 4-star hotel. During my stay, housekeeping took my newly purchased mascara ($40+) and one of my organic face towels. I spoke with several people, but no one followed up and no compensation was offered. Disappointing experience."

"This place was dirty and disgusting. The pullout couch mattress was filthy and stained. Nasty. The laminate floors were so dirty, I stepped out of the shower, walked across the room, got dressed and went to put my socks on and the bottom of my feet were literally black.
