Staff is always welcoming and friendly, beds are soft and comfortable, rooms are spacious, location is wonderful, and the breakfast is delicious and had lots of options.

Friendly but professional customer service. Clean room. Room had heater go out. It was replaced immediately. Our choice to stay or move to another room was appreciated.

Hampton Inn & Suites Madison / Downtown
The staff and this property were great.The lobby, tables, couches, TV's fireplace all day coffee and tea just made it very relaxing and comfortable environment. Would never stay anywhere else if in Madison after staying here recently.
