    This hotel has comfortable beds but the pillows are too soft and need to be replaced. The room is average size, and could use a fresh coat of paint including the furniture. The hallways and entry into the hotel are very nice.

    Not worth the price

    While the rooms were nice, the hot tub had bugs, there was no breakfast, only one vending machine worked. No coffee, the room fridge didn't work. When the person above us showered at 2 on the morning it sounded like the ceiling was coming down.

    The hotel was pleasant and very clean. The beds were pretty hard and pillows flat. Otherwise a nice stay.

    The room was great. I did not appreciate not having any wifi the entire weekend. The reason given was construction. Also, the complimentary breakfast was not part of my Expedia package. It was the last time I stayed there a year ago. That was strange - and considering the Wifi issue - maybe just give Expedia guests breakfast too.

    Our first full day at the hotel we left our room for the day at 7am. Upon our return at 8:00 in the evening we found our door ajar. We just pushed it open without using the key card. It appeared the maids had been in the room as the bed was made, but the coffee had not been refilled and nothing had been done to the bathroom. We called the front desk immediately to report the incident to the front desk. The next morning when we left the room to check out, we closed the door and then checked to make sure it was locked. We could not find any way to make the door lock behind us. We immediately went to the front desk to report the problems. The young man at the front desk did not find any notes in the computer regarding our door being open the previous evening. We reported the door not locking when we vacated the room. He apologized for the breach of our privacy. He said we had a right to feel safe in the hotel and understood that we did not. He said he had no authority to give us compensation but said he would be texting his manager who was not working that day to let her know of the incident and said we would hear from her the following week. He also gave us her business card. It has been 10 days and we have not heard from her even though my husband has left her three voicemail messages. This is not acceptable.

    No WIFI

    There was no WIFI available. When I tried to contact the front desk about it I found that the phone in the room was not even connected. I don't know if their system couldn't handle the number of connections or maybe a portion of their network was down but there was no obvious work done to correct the situation during our stay.

    They are obviously shutting this place down. The staff was honest and did their best, but in the end, we decided to cut our stay short and go to a modern hotel—a horrible place. Avoid.

    Disappointed that their is no more breakfast. Not even coffee. we will not be back. thete are other hotels for less that hsve breakfast.

    It's a Radisson, but an old, tired Radisson. Staff was as helpful as they could be (short staffed like everyone), room wasn't ready when checking in at 5:30pm.

    Travelled far to stay

    Room felt damp all the time, tub emptied really slow, changed their breakfast from included in the stay to over $12.00 without notice to future stayers. Loved it last year and disappointed this year

    Pretty well maintained but not stellar in terms of housekeeping. It was nice to have the option to use the hot tub and pool. The young man at the front desk did a great job.
