"SUPER SKETCHY - STAY AWAY!!! I booked this hotel for my son and my nephew for a last minute visit to Madison and unfortunately didn't read reviews before doing so.
I had called prior to arrival to request an early check in, but they were unable to accommodate. I asked specifically if they could get in their room if they returned very late, and was told they could as the front desk is staffed 24 hours. When they arrived, they checked on their room & were told they couldn't check in at 2am and...
