we booked a month in advance and it was not available when we arrived. We are a group of 7 people and we booked 2 rooms. Upon arrival we waited 20 mins to see someone to finally get a room we were told we’d get the suite until our rooms were available. Upon entering the “suite” we come to find two rooms either six beds and only ONE bathroom available for 7 individuals. Room service was slow and every time we called for towels they’d take hours to bring it to us. The bidet was leaking all over the bathroom every time we use it. They told us the next day we’d be able to go back to our originally booked rooms and never did even after bringing it to their attention several times. I do not recommend this hotel and will never return.
