Everything about our stay was great but the staff was INCREDIBLE. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to be helpful. We needed to move rooms the first night quite late and John was very helpful and got everything sorted quickly. The food was delicious and we met one of the chefs, Dhurai, who made sure we liked everything we were served. Katha was amazing, super kind and made sure all our dietary restrictions were accommodated; she made every meal amazing. Ganesh and Riya helped us make our daily itineraries and showed exemplary customer service. Anurag was another notable mention that went out of his way to make sure our journey home went well. Definitely would recommend staying here as the property itself is gorgeous as well.

Excellent stay at Aurika. The staff was hospitable and took great care of all the guests. The property is gorgeous and has multiple amenities and daily activities. The high tea set up was great..would highly recommend staying at this resort. Only point for improvement would be to improve food pricing. The prices are high and the food is average.

It was a wonderful a d amazing experience. The whole stay was quite enjoyable particularly nature trail and coffee plantation trail . The staff is quite helpful and courteous.particularly dining room staff . Suravee took lot of care whole dining .

Expedia did not inform the property on how many people are arriving.But the manager Abhishek Bansal was kind enough to accommodate us and made sure we were comfortable.Excellent service and food.I would highly recommend anyone visiting the location to have your stay in this hotel.I am thankful to the staff at Aurika for providing us such pleasant experience.
