Because they do not staff an office, be sure to watch for the email or notification to let them know when you will be arriving so someone will meet you at the door to let you in the complex. It's an odd place to find and the door buzzer is only for residents of the buildings. Our room was OK. We only had one partial roll of toilet paper for the 3 of us though. "The hotel room was very spacious and clean! The air conditioning and the fridge were especially great considering we visited during the heatwave. The hotel was also near Napoli Centrale and various shops and restaurants, which made our stay incredibly convenient. Would recommend!"
