"The resort is beautiful and quiet. The beach is very small but it’s clean. The restaurants are good. The rooms could be clean better. Some of the staff makes you feel unwanted mainly the housekeeping staff. If the beach was bigger and some entertainment I would definitely return back to the resort."

"The Fantastic Hotel was unlike any hotel I have ever stayed in. First, the Plus side: the taxi ride from the airport cost $ 25 USD. The gentleman working the front desk was exceptionally pleasant in English, French and Spanish. I got to meet his wife and kids and they were all very nice. "This property needs to be shut down and completely revamped.
There was little to no water pressure in the showers. The following day absolutely no water.
The towels felt like sandpaper. There was a solid wood panel under the sink that was not properly secured that fell on my feet whilst using the sink.
They advertised hot tubs in the room and there was none.
The AC did not get cold even when temperature turned all the way down.
