"The hotel is conveniently located in Ariake Garden which can be accessed by bus and metro. Next to the hotel is a big shopping centre with Aeon, Daiso, Big Camera, Hana Sushi and fast food restaurants and hence shopping and food are readily available. The hotel room is comfortable, with TV, kettle, safe and fridge provided. Water pressure is good and aircon is strong. Breakfast has a good variety but they are the same everyday and it will be good to introduce changes in the items for long staying guests. The best is there is free shuttle bus provided by the hotel to Ginza and Tokyo Station from 10 am to 5.30 pm which is very convenient. Overall I am comfortable and enjoy my stay in the hotel very much."

"Incredibly well maintained. The view in the executive lounge of the Tokyo tower is unbeatable. I loved having an onsite Watson. Beds were amazing too. I only wish they allowed kids in the pool and no restricted hours in the lounge for them"

"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We paid ¥60,000 per night and the moment we walked into the room, we considered leaving and booking somewhere else. Tiny room, wrong configuration, and the hotel was so overcrowded we couldn’t even get breakfast. To top it off, we saw the same room available that night for nearly half the price. Extremely poor value! would not stay again!"

"Very clean hotel, nice (smaller)rooms - wonderful shower. Pillows are awful - they become 2 cm thin after not very long. I asked the night auditor for 4 extra pillows (2 for each of us), and his questioning of the request was totally weird and just not necessary. He asked me why I needed 4 pillows, and told me that was too many to ask for. I didn’t understand why he was questioning me about this, but he explained to me that they have only so many extra pillows. He then negotiated me down to two extra pillows, which I accepted, and then showed up at the door with only one. His face and his posture were a bit confrontational, as though that is all the pillows we were entitled to. It was poorly handled, and I wouldn’t stay here again because of that. My advice to the hotel management - if you are charging $450/night, and your guest wants more pillows, you should just let the guest have those pillows. "

"We loved the mini refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer combo (detergent provided), microwave, kettle, plates, utensils, even an ice bucket. Location is great with 2 convenient stations nearby. Awesome hair dryer. Every staff we encountered were friendly. We would buy breakfast food the night before from nearby kombini so we did not try hotel breakfast. Lots of nearby eateries. We liked the location because it was a less hectic part of Tokyo. There is a lot of construction outside but we did not hear any of it in our room. "

"Conveniently located close to Tamachi station easy to reach al major sights while staying in an area that is quiet and clean. Amenities are great, coffee and tea are available in the lobby and they also have toiletries such as toothbrush, bathsalt, ect available for free. Breakfast was okay limited western options like omelette bacon saussage mini croissant."

"Beautiful new property. Outstanding staff from checkin to checkout. Nice breakfast buffet, and a nice bar/pub style restaurant attached. The rooms are small,(that’s Tokyo), but very very nice. Close to 2 subway stations! The Airport Limousine Bus stops here, very convenient."
