"This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We arrived, anticipating an attractive and heated pool. We discovered a very dirty, shabby out of date pool that was cold. After much communication with Expedia, the owners of the hotel turned up the temperature on the pool. "This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Be prepared to supply your own soap for showers, etc. I don’t get this, but seems to be more common in Australia. Must rent pool towels. Our unit had a main floor and upper floor. Two bathrooms with one on each floor."

"The room was super spacious, big comfy bed, really nice bathroom, had everything we needed and there was a pool! Also, there was a shared kitchen next to the pool, if you wanted to go all out and cook your own food, otherwise, you had the necessities in your room. "The locationis great and is within walking distance to Beach, shops and parks. Unfortunately the condition of the apartment was stale, dated and in need of a refresh. Particularly replacement of the large couch with the broken arm held up bu the coffee table, TV didn't work and the kitchen facilities needed a deep clean. Beds were uncomfortable. Definitely overpriced for the conditions of the apartment. Laundry facilities were clean and tidy."
