"We enjoyed our stay at Mon Suites. The room was very clean and it was comfortable to relax in and sleep after a long day out and about. The location worked well for us and we enjoyed the neighborhood. We could easily get to all the activities we wanted to do by either walking 5 minutes to the metro or 8 minutes to the bus. "Petit hôtel charmant, très bien situé dans la vielle ville pour visiter les sites historiques. Le personnel est professionnel et aidant. Par exemple, Alexandre nous a permis d'accéder à notre chambre en avance alors que nous étions épuisés après un long vol. Il a aussi contacté un taxi au moment de notre depart, avec beaucoup d'efficacité. Plusieurs terrasses et restaurants autour. On recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation."

"The hotel itself was very nice, with clean rooms and good facilities, and overall it had the potential to be a great stay. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the reception staff. I was allowed to check in and given a room key, only to find it was already occupied by another guest. This was an extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing situation that should never happen. What made the experience even more disappointing was that there was no apology from the reception staff when I reported the issue. While the hotel and amenities were good, the lack of professionalism and customer service from the reception team left a negative impression and detracted from what could have been an enjoyable stay."

"New concept hotel. One or two teething issues eg electronic door key number pad went down with a technical fault and fire alarm in another room caused a panic for a few minutes. We asked for a quiet room and that is what we had so no complaints. Only one pillow each on arrival which is surprising but they promptly found 2 more. Overall good value and a large supermarket just a few minutes walk away."

"Here’s a polished version that remains positive while clearly expressing your disappointment with the lunch and dinner offerings: The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and staffed by a team that provided excellent service from check-in through check-out. The rooms were comfortable, and the beds and pillows made for a very restful stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the breakfast buffet, which was outstanding. It offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options and was presented beautifully each morning. The only area that fell short of our expectations was the food service for lunch and dinner. Unfortunately, the quality of the meals did not match the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel. We dined in the restaurant once and ultimately sent our meals back, and on another occasion we ordered room service but found the food unappealing and chose not to eat it. The dishes appeared and tasted more like pre-made or mass-produced meals rather than freshly prepared offerings. Given the overall quality of the property and service, we were surprised by this inconsistency and hope the hotel will consider reviewing its lunch and dinner menu and food preparation standards. With improvements in this area, the guest experience would be exceptional from start to finish."
