"The staff and room were great. Lots to do near this location and walkable streets was good. Just don't book via Expedia, call over the phone if you can. Expedia booked using the wrong info but thankfully the staff was able to fix the issues on the spot, and with great humour as well. "

"Staff was very helpful. They have agreat mini bar, an excellent chinese restaurant nearby. The bed was comfortable. Bathrooms clean. It is located near the train station and lots of things to do nearby. I enjoyed my stay."

"I did not have any problems with the room or stay. The hotel is located in a area that is lower income and you can see from the security measures you need to be careful in this neighborhood. The staff was fine, they do no have a lobby but you pay through an outside security window."

"Review para Brasileiros: Se tem muito receio de ser "low cost" de ser em area perigosa, etc... Nada disso! O hotel é ótimo custo benefício, quarto simples, porém com tudo que precisa, a localização não tem nada de perigoso e para quem é do Rio de Janeiro está acostumado com região muito mais feia que realmente é perigoso, o que não é o caso desse hotel. Recomendo para todos que querem economizar em hotel sem passar perrengue."
