"Like Staff very responsive and gomout of their way. Spa area no lounge chair and should have basket for used towels. Staff was saying to me that i have towels lying around when i was just about to fold the used towels but i shouldnt .. there should be a container for the used towels"

Specks of stain on the headboard, aged watermarks on the shower screen, black marks at the edge of basin, in-room safe did not work, room smelled of cigarette despite a non-smoking floor.
