"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "Lovely staff in an old beautiful building. The breakfast was great and the room was cosy and clean but a little on the colder side. Unfortunately we were directly above the function room which had a party on the Saturday day. The music was so loud that the furniture was vibrating. I should have requested a quiet room upon booking. I wouldn't let it put me off booking again"

"The suites were both extremely spacious, but the air con in one is very loud and there is no air con in the other. Some areas of the hotel look a little tired. With that said though, it is a wonderful venue and the staff were extremely helpful. The food is good, the golf course looks great, and the surroundings are very pleasant too. A great place to stop overnight or for a golf trip I imagine."
