Room was perfect for us. Although we were there for only one evening, it was centrally located to the historical district, had great amenities which allowed us to wash all our clothes as we had been living like nomads for a couple of weeks. Highly recommend.

The property itself is clean and the apartment had all of the amenities needed for a family of four. Getting into the hotel is a little tricky and should be explained better. Parking is offsite but there is a 24-hour underground parking lot nearby. The location is near many walkable areas. Would stay there again.

Property was is at a good location, shopping is very close by , but there is no microwave, under the bad was different old garbage from previous guests, but in general property is good , spacious and wonderful location to get to know maastricht - vrijthof and if you’re visiting for an Andre Reui concert it’s like by your door step , you just get out of your apartment to your concert.

The location is excellent and the property is on the square. Sadly the delux apartment was anything but deluxe. We arrived to a closed door and a note to ring a number. Nobody was in the Reception, this was 3 pm. We finally gained access via a key fob. The apartment was dirty, the sofa and carpet were stained. There were dirty marks on the kitchen units, bathroom and floor and the shower leaked. It was and old, tired and dirty apartment that did not match the marketing. We tried to complain via Expedia as there was nobody physically present on site. Eventually the manager rang me and shouted at me. There was nothing she could do! She offered another apartment for the day after but could not guarantee it was in any better condition. We cleaned the apartment ourselves and stayed for 3 nights reluctantly. I have taken photos and will complain formally. Despite the perfect location I would never stay here again.

The property location, size and functional space was terrific. However, when we arrived, the weather was cool (1 to 9 C) each day, and the apartment heating system was off (and had been for awhile). You cannot control the heating systems without contacting reception to have someone set it. As the reception hours are limited, we were freezing until someone came with a small space heater at 10pm with a promise that someone would adjust the heating next day. We were shivering cold. I had to go to reception the next day and ask again. Maintenance came by and turned it on. Then by the evening with the floor heating on, the apartment temperature starting to go over 30C, super hot - could not sleep due to it being so hot. The next day I stopped by reception to ask to have someone adjust it down. The maintenance person came by, and tried to adjust, but while working on it, said it is now failed to full on and will need new parts. So it will get hotter. He showed me how to remove and put back on the controller on the valves to “manually” try to adjust. I removed the controller as shown to turn off, that evening and went to bed. That did not shut off the system and that night was even hotter with all the windows open (note: the exit door was below the bedroom window and people went there to smoke and it would fill the bedroom up with smoke as we were trying to sleep). The next day, I shut in other valves to the floor heat and that corrected the temperatures myself.

We spent 5 days in Maastricht and loved having this little oasis in the middle of the city. Shopping and restaurants are a close walk and the train station is a 20 minute walk over the bridge. We loved having plenty of space and amenities like a full kitchen and laundry in the apartment. Everyone we encountered at the property were friendly and accommodating. It was such a treat to spend a few days in the heart of the city, we’d definitely stay here again!

Great appartments in city center. It was our second stay. Cleanliness was not perfect. We found several dirty pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery on arrival. Staff was very fridndly and helpful.

We loved the suites and the hotel location was the best,close to every thing and walking distance to bus stops,just to note there is no elevator,if you have a large luggage you will need to carry it up the stairs,otherwise perfect for long stay in Maastricht,we stayed there for a week and we loved it!

Great little apartment right in the tourist areas of Maastricht. We had a lovely stay - except that the upper floor windows did not open due to an inexcusable installation of the curtain rods, which as they were blocked the windows from swinging open. Curtains could have easily been hung lower on the windows themselves and the windows would have opened. Combining no-opening windows with no air conditioning in a heatwave was pretty brutal. Staff was apologetic, but not helpful. Could be fixed in an hour by someone reasonably handy.
