"What a gem! So happy I came across this absolutely amazing property! Filled with history, this beautiful house is a wonderful journey in time. Joyce has captured a peace of historic paradise for all who are lucky enough to visit. I changed my plans and stayed an additional night. Aiden is a fantastic human being filled with knowledge of all things Irish. He is a definite “goto” for help planning your experiences. Thank you both so much for your kind hospitality. "Clean comfortable room. The lighting was tricky(I’m not familiar with inserting your key card into a slot in order to activate electricity). An explanation would have been helpful. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful with transportation issues. In addition staff throughout the hotel - front desk, restaurant, bar - were very superior in attitude, appeared bothered by questions, not particularly friendly. Breakfast, restaurant food and service, housekeeping, room conditions were all excellent. Other staff were not friendly or interested. Not the typical Irish welcoming that you expect in Ireland."

"Service was 5 STAR! This is an “old school hotel” which puts great emphasis on keeping it facilities, beautiful and well-maintained, and the service of the staff is top-notch. Annie at the front desk went above and beyond the call, helping us with arrangements and transportation. We highly, highly recommend this hotel."
