"I stayed here again and was still impressed. Staff was really nice, room was very clean and spacious, and I had everything I needed. I was upgraded to a larger suite and that was an awesome bonus! It was a one bedroom, which provided a really nice seperated space as I was in town for three days. It was quiet - which I am always surprised as typically hotels I need ear plugs. I did not need them and slept great here. While it’s not a “fancy” place, and doesn’t have a restaurant or pool, it does give you all the basics with an elevated element - such as kitchenette’s, full fridges, robes, and updated rooms and comfy beds. The free breakfast is fairly typical for others, and served its purpose for me. This hotel is also near many other restaurants so you can either walk (although you cross a busy intersection), uber or drive (5 mins). It’s a good location that way, and offers easy access to shopping while located off the main drag. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. "

"The room we had was the nicest pet room we have stayed in. Room was clean, service was fantastic and the breakfast was really good. We also used the pool in the morning (great hours for the pool) and the slide was amazing!!! Would recommend this hotel and the prices are great. "

"Everything in regards to the hotel itself was fantastic. The housekeepers were lovely, the female front desk staff were also lovely. I cannot say the same about the male staff member who checked us in, he wasn’t outrageously rude or anything, but definitely shouldn’t be the forefront of welcoming guests into a business. The surrounding area has a lot of sad scenes going on and unfortunately the sad scene does enter the building and participate in fentanyl in the stairwells and left their used condoms behind, but that is not relevant to the hotel itself. Once the front desk was notified of the situation they quickly had it cleaned up. The king size bed we have was probably the most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in. The pool area was great as usual, although they definitely should get another sauna or steam room- I definitely recommend a travel to the seven Oaks! "
