Hotel berdekatan Lyttelton Museum

"The hotel has no AC - that’s fine but tell me BEFORE I make the reservation and not when I try to find the switch in the room after checking in!!!! The website would be a great place. Have fans to replace AC (NOT effective) that don’t squeak all night and don’t put me on the top floor where it’s hot as hell. If you offer airport transportation on your website then follow thru. Advising guest to take a $70 taxi or Uber when you arrive because they can’t accommodate a pick up is not acceptable....

"Clean and tidy room. Best shower I have had in a hotel."

"Such a lovely stay. Clean tidy and very quiet. Beautifully decorated. Modern fresh clean feel woth everything you need. Washing machine and dryer. Iron. Heaps of space. Warm, dark curtains. Spacious. Lovely owner and super relaxed setting. Will def stay again!"

"nice spot central friendly staff would recommend"

"The staff was very friendly and took the trouble to show us to our room. The place was clean and well equipped. Good location and near to most places of interest in Christchurch. Spacious parking area. A comfortable place to stay for a family. "

"Lovely property"

"Staff where awesome very helpful and kol to chat with. Sadly a group came in and they messed up the bathroom and showers up stairs. It was very stressful for the staff and other guests. The children where noisy and the group guests ip all night and morning they where very noisy. But the venue was kol and the Staff where awesome. I still recommend the venue to stay at"

"This is a rather posh hotel on a restored old college campus. Currently, the area houses art studios, shops, music/art classes, restaurants, food trucks and a Michelin star rated wine bar. The area is very walkable and across from an incredibly beautiful park."

"Fantastic, clean, centrally located property that is above-average in amenities/value for the price."

"Very handy location. Right in the city. Cheapest way to get there from the airport take Bus 8 only $3 and get off at Hereford St. Only 1 min walk."

"This was a great location and fairly priced. The hosts go out of their way to provide extras like each towels. Public transportation to downtown Christchurch and airport is about 1 block away and runs every 15 minutes until late. There are lots of restaurants nearby along with grocery, pharmacy, and coffee shops. "

"Basic but nice. Friendly, helpful check in, showing us where all the amenities were on our way to our room. Everything was reasonably clean and tidy. We enjoyed the free access to the dining area to make a coffee and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. The chiller in the hotel was a bit noisy during the night turning on and off."

"Great helpful and friendly staff"

"I stayed on the bottom floor. My room was nice, recently updated, great bed and bathroom. But unfortunately I could hear a lot of noise from upstairs (water in the pipes, movement etc) as well as street noise which made it difficult to go to sleep. I recommend asking for a room on the top floor. Be aware there is limited on site parking. There is street parking but there are time limits during the week."

"large, clean room and very helpful manager"

"Booked and paid for a spa studio, no spa in the unit received and no one to talk to as reception is not open or manned. Struggled to understand check in process and then the batteries of the door opener were flat so attempts to open our unit failed . Rang after hours bell and after 3 times with no answer the person assured me they would come and fit new batteries. We waited 4 hours and then left as he never came. Saw other travellers arrive and struggling with the same check in process"
