"Worst hotel ever. Our bathroom had hairs all over the sink and counter like someone had just shaved. Bathtub had pubic hairs in it and dripping faucet. Floors were disgusting and corners or bathroom floors were crusted with dust and gunk. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. Toilet was also definitely not clean. The staff stated our card had declined when in fact, it was a security check from our bank that we did clear, and should have been charged following clearance. We basically arrived and didn’t have a room anymore.
