The hotel is simple but excellent. Very friendly staff, the room was small but very clean and had all the basics (towels for all of us, shower gel/shampoo, soap, hair dryer, etc.). The beds were comfortable, and despite being near a busy street, the place was quiet and we slept very well. It was easy to walk to old Lyon, and the staff let us keep our luggage at the hotel free of charge after we checked out and before we were ready to leave the city.

Great location (very close to the train station and bus terminal), excellent staff, great breakfast. The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The room was a little warm when the weather was very hot but overall we had a fantastic stay here and would look to return.

Une première dans cet hôtel et pas la dernière. Face à la gare de Perrache, une déco pas terrible, très vite oubliée par l'accueil au top de Gauthier. Chambre confortable, vue sur cour et du coup très calme.

Stayed for one night. Super friendly staff accompanied me to the hard to get to parking building next to the hotel. The next day they retrieved the car for me. Not a good hotel to stay it if you have a car. Our room was in the ground floor of a scary apartment building next to the hotel. A key FOB was needed to open 2 security doors before getting to the room. This "annex" location was not mentioned by Expedia.

The room was awful and had mold on the wall. The window in the room was not opening as it is on the street level and on top of that the AC was making so much noise. There was only a security guard overnight and they were unable to fix the AC and they didn't offer to change room because the hotel was full. The AC was as loud as a truck. he security guard brought a fan over to my room at midnight. The next day, they offer to refund half of the price but I never receive any money. Such a bad experience. They shouldn't allow people to stay in room like that where people can't sleep. You have to choose between not sleeping because of the heat or because of the noise.
