Pros:
- GREAT location; easy walk to Fenway.
- Beautiful building w/ nice modern clean interior.
Cons:
- Ownership utilizes a 3rd-party mgmt platform; this made me nervous, as I've had poor experiences in the past with a property listed on Hotels.com but using a 3rd-party platform for signatures and payments. During the aforementioned poor experience, Hotels.com reps initially told me that this was not allowed, and that I should make no payments off Hotels.com....

"Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. "The parking is difficult, but SpotHero helped, plan on a minimum of $24/night in a cheap spot. Downtown and close to everything. Loved the walkability. Close to public transit both bus and subway. Good communication. Room was clean. However, the blinds were broken and the air conditioner/heater was very loud. It is a bit inconvenient to have to uplug it to use the other appliances as well.
