"Great location- in the heart of Uptown- convenient to a lot of restaurants and theater where we were able to walk to. There is a parking lot behind T-Mobile building right across the street on Emerson. 24 hours is $18 - with no in/out privileges- but we parked and walked the neighborhood- so good deal. The room itself was small- but comfortable. The bed was comfy- although there was no fridge in the room. Enjoyed the complimentary bar drink."

"Arrived during a downpour, so having a safe garage was key. The two hotels sharing joined buildings was confusing at first, but the staff was happy to direct. Late dinner at the bar was a great option!"

"My wife and I stayed here on May 29- June 2 2026. The place is very conveniently located in downtown Minneapolis, with the famous Minneapolis Skyway (aka Walkway) running through the building. The Skyway's total length is over 10 miles, and makes it possible for pedestrians to walk indoors to almost all of downtown Minneapolis, including to Target Field and Target Center. The biggest issue I had with the place, and with Expedia's listing of it, is that it was not made clear up front that...

"The rooms themselves are very nice and tidy, though the sliding door for the restroom is not entirely private (not that this is a major deal for singular travellers or established couples). The lack of a microwave in the immediate room was noticeable, but going to the lobby for small things offset this issue. Overall, quite a nice stay provided you're handy with a map and the nearby parking."

"Excellent hospitality service. At checking in staff were polite and respectful. Breakfast meal is family friendly if you are traveling with young children. Gym could use some upgrades."

"Great service by staff and clean and comfortable beds. No coffee available as amenity. Limited choice of breakfast at motel or in immediate neighborhood. Light rail is nearby (West Bank) and also u university of Minnesota. Great location. Elevators are prompt after pushing button for a 14 story building and not wait long at all."
