"When we walked in the room at 9.45pm the room was freezing cold, we found the radiators and turned the heating on but at 11pm the heating went off and didn’t come on again until the morning which meant we was cold all night. "2nd stay at Eyre Court... room was excellent, staff were lovey and friendly and breakfast was plentiful, fresh, delicious and all you expect of a breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and we really enjoyed our 2nd stay.. Only down point is the parking is limited.. My sister walks slow and with a stick and people who are just using the pub use the parking. I personally think you should have allocated parking if you are staying in the Eyre court. "

"Check in was simple and easy thanks to the WhatsApp photos/instructions sent through. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was also very warm which was a nice luxury, I had to turn the radiator down (but I'm used to living in a house without heating). The shower was hot and had good water pressure. Tea kettle station was absolutely wonderful. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel. Overall a very comfortable stay while I visited family over the weekend leading up to Christmas."
