"We asked for an accessible room and it was great! It was so way for my fiancé to get around the room, which we were really happy with. When I booked the trip, I asked for two extra pillows but was informed by the front desk I would have to come down later and pick them up myself. Also, for the price of the room, it would be nice to provide water and some snacks for the guests. We stayed at a Tru by Hilton and were welcomed with a bag of bottled water and popcorn.
