"Good experience overall, but more of a on-demand venue (eg had to ask almost every day for housekeeping/new towels, etc. because they wouldn’t do it automatically). They also charged a high fee for a shuttle to el nido town. Otherwise the venue is very nice/cute, staff are super friendly and helpful. Good value for the price "

"Breakfast was my favorite, the person in charge of the table is very nice and always smiles . I like the person does the egg station also . Bartender during the night are good as well . Dining room service person that always does the deliver is very kind and very careful . Overall 11/10!"

"Great staff and location. Property is clean and has great amenities. There’s a free airport shuttle to/from the hotel. It is near several hotels, and in close proximity with the Mall of Asia. Would definitely stay at this hotel again when I’m in Manila."

"Avoid the breakfast buffet at all cost. Not worth the money. Also, 2 elevators in the building. Good luck getting one because the staff has the elevators tied up all day. Asked for a late check out by one hour and was told no. Goodbye never coming back "
