"The staff was great in the hotel was quite nice but I did get hospitalized and quite sick while in Manila. The most likely cause thing I think that may have been ice cubes from the juice drinks at the buffet in the morning."

"The stay was overall good. From check in to check out and free shuttle to the airport only one thing that was disappointing. Waiting an hour for my food when I made an order at the pool. Drink came at a reasonable time, but food never came. Lifeguard was finally the only one that checked on me when he noticed I was uncomfortable asking if I had ordered any food. He told the staff and then another 10-15 mins went by and then I just told the staff have the food sent to my room. Luckily the food was really amazing. I wonder if that’s why they made me wait. But outside of that everything else about the hotel was great."

"Yes, Yes, this was my second time staying at this Resort, I love everything about it, your Staff are all wonderful and amazing! I love the peace and quiet of this location. I will return in the future, I will tell my family and friends to stay here when they visit the Philippines. "The staff, especially security and front desk, were extremely helpful and go above and beyond - I felt well taken care of. Breakfast was great during my 2 week stay, Dinner was always delicious. Pro tip - I think it’s sometimes customary to raise your hand when awaiting service at dinner. The room was always clean and the person who cleaned it was careful and respectful of my belongings despite my pile of clothes I slung off after a day out. I’d recommend this hotel for the area. "
