Ideal location, very central, next to the tram line which has an incredible transport network. Very clean and very spacious. Street can be noisy starting at 5 am. Internet is choppy.

This is a very nice place - apartment. I agree its more luxurious than most hotel rooms. Location is good, check in was fine, parking was a problem. Enjoyed the porch - a little noisy but with closed windows its fine.

The apartment was conveniently located for train station and the rooms were spacious. The apartment building and the place itself could do with fresh redecoration but nothing very much wrong with it. The check in process was far more complicated than it had to be, requiring filing in forms online, calling and numerous messages when all that was required was an email or text with instructions. The host did not reply any of my messages and only picked up my call after two tries on the day we were due to arrive. It made for a nerve-wracking day as I was responsible for the booking among my friends.

Le quartier est catastrophique

1 semaine passée pour raison professionnelle. La personne chargée de la gestion et de l'accueil a réalisé sa tache de facon tres professionnelle. L'appartement est propre et comporte toutes les commodités attendues. Un hic sur la cafetiere qui ne conctionne pas. Le gros point noir de ce sejour a été le quartier. En journée il n'y a aucun problème, bien qu'en journée j'étais au travail. Mais venu le soir c'est catastrophique, la première nuit un toxicomane etait devant la porte une seringue dans le bras. Du balcon on a une vue directe sur un point de deal ou des aller retour de consommateurs se font.

Very noisy all night long. The apartment across the hall had loud music blasting until early morning hours. People coming and going from the same apartment. Loud voices, banging doors and smoking in the hallway. The front room of our place smelled from smoke. We woke up early and checked out 5 hours prior to our plan. Anxious to leave noise and smell.

Dirty Apartment and a Very Rude Manager

This was a very disappointing experience. We are a family of four and we stayed there for three nights. First of all this is not even a hotel so there is no reception or anything it is just a normal apartment. Took me a while to find it of course since there is no reception and then had to wait for 30 mins for someone to come and give me the keys. After that they contacted me again saying that I didn't pay for my stay and that my credit card is not working. I said if that is the case then I will fix it but it was strange cause I had already received an SMS from my bank saying that the amount was charged to my card. I spoke to a woman called Sophia who was extremely rude and didn't try to help at all. After this it turned out that it was a mistake from their part and they didn't even try to apologize. Apartment was dirty and located in a dodgy street with construction work everywhere. I wouldn't recommend it at all at least until they get better management

Staying abroad like at home

I was in Luxembourg on a business trip for the FTTH Conference 2016 and had my family with me (incl. 2 small children). Appartment was fully suitable for a family stay and was ideal located to access public transport at the main train station for getting to the conference venue. We had our private car with us as well as my family made trips around Luxembourg during my working time - the only difficult thing was finding a parking place around the appartment and not possible at all during daytime due to shortime parking zones. Paid parking zones were of course available, but rather expensive. Naturally this is of course comparable to other city centres :-)

Only 2 blocks from the train station

Very easy to get to and locate. Very comfortable 2 bed apartment on one level. Very secure and safe. Owner doesn't speak a lot of English and isn't particularly welcoming or friendly but it was a great space in a great location. Very quiet and very comfortable

2 dias antes recibi un correo del hotel cancelando la reservación indicándome que me comunicara con EXPEDIA empresa con la que yo no tuve nada que ver ya que íntegramente realice la reserva con Hoteles.com Me comunique a Hoteles.com en 2 ocasiones tratando de llamadas de muy larga duración (mas de 20 min cada una) y el la que nunca al parecer pudieron contactar adecuadamente al hotel y como en el sistema de Hoteles.com aparecía mi reserva aun vigente decidí presentarme al hotel a mi llegada a Luxemburgo. Tal y como señalan intente con anticipación contactar al responsable que entrega la llave del cuarto y nunca jamas contestaron dicho teléfono a pesar de múltiples llamadas durante mas de 5 horas. Me presente a la ubicación y es básicamente una puerta a un conjunto de deptos (es decir no es un hotel con Lobby si no un domicilio de varios depto. donde 9 de ellos son este "hotel". El cubo de la escalera extremadamente sucio y no me fue posible tener contacto con nadie, la zona de la cd. también de las menos "agradables", por lo que opte por irme a otro hotel a cuadras de ahí.

Great stay

Great apartment, right by bus links into the old city, but also only a 10/15 min walk in anyway. But also right by a shopping street, Rue de la Gare and the train station. Contacting the agent on the day was easy and hassle free. Apartment itself was a very high standard, I had the 2 bed with terrace, very spacious, every room was a great size and a high level of cleanliness. I had no problems with hot water in the shower or street noise as I had read on other reviews. And plenty of English channels on the TV for me when I was having my morning coffee. My only point would be a bit more info in a welcome pack, I didn't know what to do with the rubbish bags as there didn't seem to be anywhere on the street to dispose of them, and didn't know if we had to separate recycling. maybe we were supposed to leave them in the apartment but I felt bad for leaving them there.

The management for the apartment is not good. To do check-in, you need to find the proper people to give you the key. This proper people can't be reached by either the email or phone number they provided. It took me 4 hours just to get check-in.
