Prior to the trip, email communication was problematic probably due to a glitch in Expedia's system. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice clean rooms and good breakfast
We were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room. From the outside, the pension looks a bit run down but our room was large, incredibly clean, had laminate flooring which we like over carpet and a nice washroom. We were on the street side so it was a bit noisy with traffic when we had the window open. The breakfast room was another surprise. It was so pretty and the food offering was good. We did not receive a key code but when we phoned the host was very responsive. There was a locked bike garage which was great too.
