"This resort was exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a small resort to take my kids on their first international trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, lots of games and activities, and it wasn’t over crowded. Everything was clean, reservations were easy to come by, and I never had a hard time finding a good seat by the pool or the beach. "

"El Mejor Resort que nos hemos hospedado! El servicio al cliente es excelente desde el Ckin hasta es Ckout... Buen aire acondicionado en la habitación, cama cómoda y agradable... Baño limpio con buena presión de agua en la lavamanos, inodoro y bañera... Las facilidades están bien mantenidas. La cena en los restaurantes "Octopus y Gourmet Grill" son SUPER DELICIOSAS! La comida en el Buffet (desayuno, almuerzo y cena) es espectacular! La playa es muy buena. La piscina para adultos con prohibición de ruido es un ÉXITO! Durante la estadía, en diferentes noches pudimos disfrutar de un White Party, Karaoke, Banda en Vivo y, para mi sorpresa, lo más actual, un Silent Party! El Staff de entretenimiento son muy buenos y atentos. Quisiera resaltar a los empleados "Osvaldo, Jacqueline, Alba, Rosa y Anthony" por las atenciones y por hacer de nuestra estadía una aún más placentera."

"Everything was so perfect the staff and everyone else except this guy that works in the night by the loby his name is Finesse be aware of him very rude Man he treated us like we don’t belong there and like don’t care about costumers at all everyone else was super friendly and helpful specially the day dancers chocolate and happy boy and the rest of them very nice people. Please look out for that finesse Guy if he’s fired i would come back again . Btw no Wifi on rooms only loby . "

"This place was an amazing value in my opinion. Perfect for someone who’s looking to stay on the beach for a very reasonable price as a very safe environment. The food was beyond my expectations and affordable. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. the amenities like the Huts (for shade), pier and Pool were very nice. This is a quiet place to decompress at a great value, not a lot of excitement, but that was perfectly fine by me !!!!!"
