"My stay at this hotel was enjoyable from start to finish. The employees were welcoming, the room was spotless, and the location was perfect for getting around the city. I was also impressed by the breakfast, which offered a nice variety of choices. The only minor drawback was the occasional slow Wi-Fi, but it wasn’t serious enough to affect my overall experience. All in all, I’d happily return in the future."

"Le 8 novembre 2025, comme prévu, j'ai présenté ma réservation Ebookers au responsable de l'hôtel. Il m'a ensuite annoncé qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible. Je me suis donc vu contraint de chercher une autre solution : me loger dans un autre hôtel, à mes frais.
De plus, je n'ai pas obtenu le remboursement des six jours que j'avais réservés."
