"We had a problem with the room we were given. When I contacted the front desk, the attendant was very generous and offered an upgrade room. We also asked about local places to eat that were still open. She made several recommendations and gave us discount coupons for one of the restaurants. That is customer service!"

"The door on our room would not lock and the door wouldn't stay shut. We were told to just push it really hard to keep it closed then lock the deadbolt. We were moved to another room after asking if we could just have a room with a sofa bed. I wouldn't stay here again."

The breakfast is better than most hotel breakfast with a good selection and very efficient and friendly staff making sure you have everything you need.
