"this phone number on google 03-8787 8708 is just for show. before booking the hotel, i tried calling but nobody answers the call, and it just rings until you hang up. until the day that I have arrived and stayed at the hotel, i needed to call the reception for the buggy service, but the phone in the room is not working. the google phone number doesn't pick up at all. I had to run all the way to the lobby to call the buggy service as I had a lot of luggage, and I almost missed the shuttle to the airport. tried calling using room phone at 10.45am, but doesn't work, tried calling google phone number until 10.50am, and I ran to the lobby by then. what they all have to say is I will check. This is unacceptable"
