"The staff was very helpful, we were going to miss the 11pm check in deadline because of a train delay, the staff stayed until 1130 for us to make sure we had a place to stay. Also, we had trouble getting a taxi for our cruise and the staff found a way to get us there. Very helpful, very nice. One room for 8 people was great too. We were able to keep our family together in one room. Would stay again"

"受付スタッフはとても親切＆フレンドリーでした。
ボローニャでのおすすめの観光場所や、近くのスーパーなど丁寧に教えていただきました。駐車場はホテルの敷地内に広く設けられていました。
朝食は今回の旅で宿泊したホテルの中で一番よかったです！
ビュッフェスタイルで、飽きのこないバリエーションでした。
朝食会場でのスタッフもとても親切でした。
ジムもホテル内にあり、私は時間がなく利用はできませんでしたが、十分なマシーンがそろってました。運動したい方にはとてもいい設備だと思います。
１日だけの滞在だったのが残念なぐらい、とてもいいホテルです。
いつかまたボローニャ近郊へ観光に行くことがあればぜひ滞在したいです。"

"Everything very convenient, well maintained, and comfortable. Having direct access to the beach and an excellent bar/small lunch restaurant on site made everything easy.
