"The host didn’t let us in and was demanding the additional charge for the late (after the 7 PM check in). Nothing about the additional charges for the late check in was listed on the Expedia listing. She is absolutely unadequate, yelled at me on the street. She has no idea what is service and hospitality. Never book this place! She also refused to provide the refund, truly horrible experience."

"Lack of air conditioning was not clear on advertising and made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Cleaning lady walked into room at 9am, 9.30 and 10am uninvited, barking at us to leave. No coffee provided. Shower drainage was blocked and flooded room. Church bell practice from 6am on a Saturday was a further unwelcome surprise"
