Super dirty, smells really bad, bed was really hard, pillows had the physical appearance of being at least 10 years old (I have sheets with more fluff than what these pillows had), & didn't even trust sleeping under the covers. Ended up sleeping on top of the covers in fear of being eaten by bed bugs. Virtually zero security measures for this place as anybody can walk in off the street through any access...

"I actually loved the location and that it was in the middle of a hospital center. It made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The breakfast is great and there’s also a really nice attendant that takes care of things and is there if you need any help. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. But, my favorite part about the whole place is Ashley! She works the front desk and is amazing. She really gave me the best impression on the place and anytime I come back through this...

"The Ledgestone is one of my favorite places to stay. It's affordable and close by to important areas when my daughter is in town competing. Our last trip however had some sort of broken bed situation. I'm not sure what was going on. It didn't feel sturdy. Every time we get back from competition it's usually about 11 PM and there's no one at the front desk. When I had a moment during checkout, I let the manager on duty know about the condition of the bed and that we had slept on the futon the...

When I pulled it out I found garbage inside it. Next to the daybed itself the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or tended to in quite some time. In the bathroom, there was no soap whatsoever, not for the sink or shower. I had to get soap, towels, pool towels (because nobody was tending to that) from the front desk...
