They called us the day of our stay to confirm we were still coming, we confirmed that we would be arriving later that day. When we arrived check in went fine, however, when we got to our room it was dirty and the beds were unmade. We went back down and we were given another room but the attitude was very unconcerned like this type of thing happens often and we were given no apology whatsoever. The new room was very hot because the ac had been off since the room was not previously assigned, when it finally cooled down we were able to get to sleep, we were totally exhausted. We stayed for two nights and had the worst sleep possibly ever in my life. There are firm beds and then there are slabs of concrete, these beds are closer to concrete. The carpets throughout the hotel are stained, the housekeepers play loud music on their phones when going up and down the halls with no headphones on. The floors were often slick and wet by the elevators from the pool area being right there. Another issue was the posted sign for the pool says open till midnight but there’s a paper sign on the door stating it closes at 10, both signs are visible and therefore conflicting. We had a horrible experience at this hotel in February (didn’t realize it was the same hotel or I would have never booked again)and the paper sign was still up then. I would recommend investing in new signage. I definitely would not recommend staying here. You can tell the only care about money and not guest satisfaction.
